Supervisory and Control System (SCS)

Besides the MS-Powerpoint talk, which is available on our server, I like to provide some related
documentation on the WWW. So you have the possibility to go more into detail with our solution
of SCS until my detailed documentation is handed out.

• Design Report SCS
• Software Programmable Logic Controller
• Fieldbus (decentralized input/output)
• OPC (OLE for Process Control)
  a standardized software interface to connect supervisory control and data acquisition
  (SCADA) devices
• OPC for LINUX
• Standard in industrial control systems (IEC-61131-3)
• PROFIBUS (deterministic and safe serial communication network)

It is planned to have a look to a "real live control" on my PC connected wit real I/O.
At the moment this is available just for INTRANET-Users in our research center.
